Mark has been a licensed real estate broker since 1985. More than two decades of experience give Mark a commanding grasp of the evolving Tulsa market, and he uses this understanding to benefit SGF�s many commercial customers.

Mark was a manager at the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand and acted as Chief Financial Officer for Oral Roberts University. Mark was also the President of Bethany Real Estate Company, which serviced two million square feet of commercial real estate.

Mark continues to be very active in the Tulsa commercial market and is involved in numerous organizations, including Jenks Public Schools and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He handles all leasing and sales for SGF owned properties.

Dru Graham has been involved in commercial real estate and property management since 1988. She is currently Controller and head of Property Management for over 530,000 square feet. Since 1988, Dru has managed over 800,000 square feet of commercial real estate, has over 10 years experience in Project and Construction Management and is a licensed real estate associate.

Dru holds a Bachelor�s degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a Master�s Degree in Economic History. She is an active member of BOMA and IREM, holds the RPA designation and is a CPM candidate.

She works closely with tenants and management on maintenance items, tracks all work orders, schedules preventative maintenance, and assists the department in any capacity necessary to facilitate efficient maintenance management. Her experience in tenant relations and maintenance management is an invaluable asset to our organization.
